Trading Conduct on Instant

Hold time, position caps, and the weekend window — active from day one, not just after you'd otherwise have passed.

Hold time and position sizing

Minimum hold time is 3 minutes, enforced with zero tolerance from your very first position — there's no evaluation period where this doesn't yet apply.

Position sizing follows the same cap as every program: 2 open positions per pair at most.

Weekend window, news, and inactivity

  • Weekend flat window: Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday 5:00 PM (broker server time) — flat — no open positions unless weekend holding add-on is active unless Weekend Holding is attached.
  • News trading: Not banned; you own gap/slippage risk. Breaching drawdown during news still fails the account.
  • Inactivity: flagged after 30 consecutive days without meaningful trading.

Nothing extra to memorize

If you've read the Live Stage Conduct dossier for 2-Step or 1-Step, this is the same rule set — Instant just starts the clock on day one instead of after a pass.
