CHAPTER 01

Acceptance of these Terms

Contract with Gloria Prop

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Gloria Prop ("Gloria Prop," "we," "us"). By visiting www.gloriaprop.com, creating an account, buying a challenge, or using our client area, you accept these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use Gloria Prop.

Scope

These Terms cover simulated trading evaluations (Instant Evaluation, 1-Step, and 2-Step), account credentials, KYC, performance rewards, optional add-ons, referrals, and support. Rules shown on challenge pages, at checkout, or in your dashboard are part of this agreement.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material updates may also be emailed or shown in the dashboard. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

CHAPTER 02

Eligibility & accounts

Age

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter this contract. Information you provide must be accurate and kept current.

Where we operate

Gloria Prop is not offered where local law prohibits it. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful. We may restrict regions and request proof of eligibility.

One person, one account

Unless we approve otherwise in writing, one natural person may hold one Gloria Prop account. Accounts created to abuse promotions, stack limits, or coordinate trading may be closed without refund.

KYC before payouts

Identity verification is required before any performance reward is paid. You agree to provide valid ID and supporting documents. Incomplete or false KYC may result in suspension or denial of rewards.

CHAPTER 03

Simulated nature of the services

Not a broker

Gloria Prop provides digital simulated trading evaluations for skill development and education. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or deposit-taking institution. We do not execute live market orders for you unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

What the numbers mean

Labels such as balance, equity, profit, account size, or “live stage” describe simulation parameters used to measure progress and reward eligibility. They are not a claim on cash held for you in a brokerage account.

No investment advice

Nothing on the site or in the dashboard is personal financial advice. You make your own trading decisions inside the evaluation environment.

CHAPTER 04

Fees, payments & performance rewards

Challenge fees

Challenge fees are one-time service fees for access to a simulated evaluation. Prices, discounts (including promotional 50% OFF), and BOGO eligibility on selected sizes are shown at checkout. Unless a refund is due under our Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable after trading begins.

Payment methods

We may accept cryptocurrency checkout and other methods we enable from time to time. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network. Failed, underpaid, or delayed transfers may delay or cancel your order.

Performance rewards

If you meet published objectives and remain in good standing, you may become eligible for a performance reward under the profit-split terms of your plan. Rewards are discretionary contractual payments for demonstrated skill in the simulation — not investment returns.

CHAPTER 05

Program parameters

Tracks, in brief

Gloria Prop runs three tracks — 2-Step (10% then 5% target), 1-Step (10% target), and Instant Evaluation (no target, live rules from day one) — each with 4% daily loss, 10% max drawdown on 2-Step/1-Step or 8% on Instant, no minimum trading days, and no consistency rule. Reward split

Every track pays the same 90% profit split on approved live profit. There is no higher tier and no plan that changes this number.

Platforms

Credentials may be issued for MetaTrader 5, cTrader, or TradeLocker as selected at checkout and as inventory allows. Server details and passwords appear in your dashboard when delivered.

CHAPTER 06

Fair trading & prohibited conduct

Allowed skill

You must trade with genuine decision-making. Strategies that exploit platform latency, feed errors, or evaluation design gaps are prohibited.

Live-stage conduct rules

On live-stage accounts, additional rules may apply: minimum hold time (for example 3 minutes), a maximum of two open positions per instrument, weekend flat windows unless an add-on allows holding, and inactivity limits. Breaches can fail the account.

Automation

Unauthorized Expert Advisors, trade copiers, tick scalpers designed only to game the evaluation, or account sharing that undermines fair assessment are prohibited and may void rewards.

CHAPTER 07

Optional add-ons

Available add-ons

At checkout you may purchase optional add-ons such as Swap-Free, Weekly Payouts, or 100% Fee Refund (where offered). Add-on fees are charged on top of the discounted challenge fee and follow the Refund Policy.

Effect of add-ons

Add-ons only change the specific rule described at purchase (for example payout cadence or swap handling). They do not waive hard risk limits or fair-trading rules.

CHAPTER 08

Withdrawals & payout eligibility

When you can request

Payout requests require an approved KYC file, an eligible live-stage account, and satisfaction of any trading-day or profitable-day conditions published for your plan.

Method

Rewards are typically paid via crypto wallet details you submit. You are responsible for providing a correct address on a supported network. We are not liable for losses from incorrect wallet details.

Review

We may review trading history before approving a payout. Suspected rule breaches, abuse, or incomplete KYC may delay or deny payment.

CHAPTER 09

Suspension, termination & chargebacks

Our rights

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms breaches, fraud risk, abusive conduct, or legal compulsion. Where termination is for cause, challenge fees are generally not refunded.

Chargebacks

Initiating an improper chargeback or payment dispute after receiving credentials or trading access may result in permanent account closure and collection of costs where permitted by law.

CHAPTER 10

Disclaimers, liability & risk

As-is services

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free simulation feeds, or that you will pass an evaluation or receive a reward.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gloria Prop’s total liability arising from the Services is limited to the challenge fees you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

Risk

Simulated trading still involves decision risk and emotional pressure. Read the Risk Disclosure carefully before purchasing.

Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior conflicting statements on the same subject, except where a signed writing expressly overrides them.
