What we collect, why we need it, and the choices you have over your Gloria Prop account data.
CHAPTER 01
Gloria Prop ("Gloria Prop," "we," "us") operates www.gloriaprop.com and related client tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our simulated trading evaluations and website.
For privacy requests, contact support@gloriaprop.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We aim to respond within a reasonable period and within any timeline required by applicable law.
CHAPTER 02
Name, email, country, password (stored securely by our auth provider), referral codes, and profile fields you choose to add.
When you request payouts we may collect government ID images, proof of address, selfie-with-ID, date of birth, and residential details solely to verify identity and meet compliance obligations.
Order history, payment references (for example crypto invoice IDs), challenge configuration, delivered credentials metadata, and evaluation-related account status records.
IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies and similar identifiers, and basic usage logs needed to secure and improve the site.
CHAPTER 03
Create and secure your account; process purchases; deliver credentials; run KYC; assess payout eligibility; send transactional email (order, payment, credentials, password reset); provide support; detect abuse; and meet legal obligations.
We may send product updates or promotions if you opt in or where allowed by law. You can unsubscribe using links in those emails or by contacting support.
We may use analytics and advertising pixels (for example Meta) to measure site performance and attribute purchases. See our Cookie Policy for controls.
CHAPTER 04
We use trusted vendors for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing (including crypto checkout providers), and storage. They process data on our instructions and under contractual safeguards.
We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer where confidentiality protections continue to apply.
We do not sell your identity documents. KYC files are used for verification and compliance, not for unrelated marketing lists.
CHAPTER 05
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encrypted transport, and restricted staff access to KYC storage.
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed for disputes, accounting, and legal retention. KYC documents are retained for the period required to process payouts and meet compliance rules, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
CHAPTER 06
Our vendors may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as contractual clauses) to protect personal data.
CHAPTER 07
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@gloriaprop.com to exercise these rights.
You may request account closure. Some records may remain where we must keep them for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Significant changes may also be communicated by email or dashboard notice.
