Every position must stay open for at least 3 minutes before you close it. This is a zero-tolerance rule — closing one second early fails that position's eligibility and repeated breaches can close the account, regardless of how profitable the trade was.
You can hold up to 2 open positions on the same pair at once. Stacking a third is a breach even if your overall drawdown is nowhere near the limit.
Weekend flat window
Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday 5:00 PM (broker server time): flat — no open positions unless weekend holding add-on is active. The Weekend Holding add-on removes this requirement.
Accounts need to show meaningful trading activity at least once every 30 days. Going quiet longer than that risks the seat being paused for inactivity.
Not banned; you own gap/slippage risk. Breaching drawdown during news still fails the account.
